- Through systematic discipleship and leadership development training programmes, inculcating in them, the privilege and the responsibility of saving souls for Christ (SET A STAGE FOR THE DEPLOYMENT OF THEIR GIFTS).
 
RELEASE them for CHRIST’S COMMAND TO GO INTO THE WORLD – for missions.

– Through special talents and gifting hunt Institute (T. G. H. I) – Bible School (SEND THEM OUT INTO MISSIONS).
